 Royal
College Group of 87 is proud to hold the Six-A-Side Inter Batch
Cricket Carnival every year. This tournament is played under two
categories. The Open is played for the L.H.D. Peiris Memorial Trophy
and the Over 40 tournament is played for the Viji Weerasinghe
Challenge Trophy.
In 2006, this tournament was played under lights
for the first time and the finals were played under lights and was
participated by a large number of batches and the tournament ended
around 10.00pm.
